This complaint is being filed against Klean KChen, LLC due to their failure to perform services and expectation to receive payment for services not performed. We contacted Klean KChen, LLC on June 10th in order to schedule a deep cleaning for our new house to be performed on June 14th for the price of $387.00. After receiving several text messages throughout June 14th, we were under the impression the services were being provided as requested. At no point in time were we able to physically verify services were being provided. On June 15th, the house was left in a dismal state. Klean KChen, LLC failed to clean a single room. As we began discussing our disappointment in their service with Klean KChen, LLC, their comments left us unconvinced of their ability to perform a quality clean to be expected of the services ordered. They attempted to reschedule a secondary walkthrough with us under the guise that it was the typical procedure. No after-cleaning walkthrough was discussed or requested prior to the cleaning. They attempted to gaslight us by saying the home was not as dirty as we indicated, stating that two cleaners spent twelve hours on our home. As their blunder left us disorganized and off schedule, we decided we would no longer be requiring Klean KChen, LLC's services. We offered to pay them for the minimal spot cleaning they succeeded in completing. We proceeded to clean the home ourselves, keeping photo documentation of how our home was left. Our direct contact, Natasha, refused to consider the evidence we provided that services were not performed. Upon calling us with an aggressive and unprofessional demeanor, we requested to only have a text/email conversation from then on. After multiple attempts to pay for services actually performed, Natasha refused and is charging us for the full amount.
