I would rather choose no stars but that’s not an option. Not only was the installment time frame we was given off by 2 months, once the cabinets were installed and countertops people came to measure well guess what we owe more money because the reps told us that this computer system had a glitch and measured wrong so we owe more money for their screw up. So we are stuck with a half done kitchen or pay the extra money and a manager will not call us back.Review from Angel G

Awful services! I have been waiting on my countertops for over 3 months that they came in to my home to measure and still didn’t get the fit right. While trying to squeeze in the top my cabinets and backsplash was damaged. I have speaking with cabinets to go and stone interiors and no one wants to give me my money back or fix the damages. Only one side of my countertops was half way installed. I have not been able to cook for my family do not having my countertops put in. I was told they are waiting on some templet but don’t know when they will be in so can’t give me a status update. We were charged extra money by cabinets to go for the countertops that we still have not received an invoice for and Stone interiors said there was no need to be charged extra because the counters were not an abnormal size. Cabinets To Go and Stone Interiors are both thieves and provide poor customer service!Review from Heather B

I would have given them zero stars, but I had to choose one. I purchased my cabinets in 2018 and now the paint is starting to peel and bubble. Cabinets to Go will not honor the lifetime warranty on replacing the cabinet doors. My representative told me that I used the wrong cleaner (soap and water) and that they have a special cleaner to help prevent that. I was never told that. I am warning everyone that I can stay away from them they will not honor the warranty and will try everything to make you purchase new fronts or their paint to do a cover up. BUYER BEWARE. Next time I will just go to **** ****** ****** or another big box store and purchase my cabinets. Stay away from them they will rip you off.
