    My recent experience with this company has been nothing short of appalling, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal to warn other consumers.

    On 2/13/2024, I found myself in need of towing services and unfortunately engaged Reno's Auto Body for assistance. From the outset, the experience was marred by dishonesty and intimidation tactics. Upon arrival, I was shocked to learn that the quoted fee for towing was significantly higher than industry standards. Despite raising concerns about the inflated charges, the representatives from Reno's Auto Body were uncooperative and dismissive.

    To my dismay, the situation escalated when they resorted to threats of extortion by refusing to release my vehicle until the exorbitant fees were paid in full. This blatant attempt to exploit my predicament was not only morally reprehensible but also crossed legal boundaries.

    The lack of transparency, professionalism, and integrity displayed by Reno's Auto Body is utterly unacceptable. As a consumer, I expect to be treated with fairness and respect, especially in times of distress. However, the callous disregard for customer satisfaction exhibited by this company has left me deeply disillusioned.

    I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate the conduct of Reno's Auto Body Towing Services and take appropriate action to address these egregious violations. Consumers deserve to be protected from unscrupulous businesses that engage in deceptive practices and exploitation.

    In conclusion, I caution fellow consumers to exercise caution when considering Reno's Auto Body Towing Services for their automotive needs. The company's blatant disregard for ethical standards and blatant overcharging is a cause for concern and warrants immediate attention.

    on 8/8/22 I had to get my car towed becuase it completely died in the middle of a busy intersection in ********* *** I had contacted the ******** Police department to and informed them I will need assistance with a tow to a local auto body shop. They then contacted Reno's Auto Body to come pick my car up and tow it to their impound lot. After about 3 days I was able to make it back to ********* ** and pay the impound fee and set up *** to tow the car to my house. I gave the receptionist at Reno's Auto Body my whole set of keys, incluing my car key, so they would be able to make the towing process happen. From the time I left my keys with the receptionist at Reno's Auto Body to the time my car was dropped off , 4 hours later, the only thing that was missing was my actual car key. The tow truck driver informed me that was the way they were given to him. I don't understand why someone would take my car key off of my key chain. No one is taking responsibility for losing my car key and I had to pay $300.00 for a replacement key. I would like my money back. I even filed a claim with *** with "Event ID ****". I am unable to get anyone to respond to me regarding what to do about someone loosing my car key.
