The most rude disrespectful employees who were harassing and verbally bulling me. I went to the Guilford police station to report this harassment. I will never do business with this horrible place again.

We try to help customers as best as we can. We are a small local operation working seven days a week to serve the public. (Over 35 years!) Every situation, when they arise, is investigated and a fair solution is always offered. Unfortualy in this world there are a few who want to take advantage of stores, big and small. For this reason we have developed a store policy that is posted on the front of our counter. We have often gone beyond that policy to make sure we are fair. (Some who complain, we see, do so often, about many local businesses)In studies done, it has showed less than 1% ever have an issue. We are working everyday to improve this. Our business has been voted the Best Garden Center by two different papers for more than three years in a row. This is a voting process of people across the community. That trust put in us by all those who voted for us year after year after year is what we focus on. Sometimes a customer is not happy and every effort to correct that is always done within hours. Often times this is done after they have left and we have had a chance to look further into the situation. Unfortunaly with the huge volume of customers we see each year, and some of our products come from the earth and can never been perfected, so there is always going to be one who is not happy, So every week we meet to find news ways to improve the customer experience. We will contine to do this every day.
