I financed my car through Oracle finance, signing in Feb 2023, and have made the same payment every two weeks for the last 2 years. The contract I signed said my payment was going to be $224.47 biweekly. The company has switched to a different payment platform and now for me to make a payment online or over the phone, I have to pay an additional $4.95.

I live in a different state so paying in person is not an option, and enrolling in autopay is not an actionable solution for me as I do not always pay from the same account.

I feel as though I am getting scammed, I should not be paying an extra $5 every two weeks because Oracle finance chose to do business with another payment processor. The money that I pay on my car should be going to the balance owed on my car and I don't agree with them passing that cost onto me forcibly. While I have only made one payment with this fee as they have just switched, I still owe around $6,000 on my car and will need to make many more payments.

My resolution to this issue would be:

      A) Oracle finance should credit $4.95 towards my account for every payment that I make when I pay an additional $4.95 to their processor.

      B) Oracle finance should cover the $4.95 fee to the processor on their own side of things and not pass that additional new cost onto the customer to begin with.

If this issue cannot be resolved, and Oracle finance will not take responsibility for the new fees they have incurred, I feel my next option would be to talk to a lawyer and start a class action suit.

The company failed to remove their illegal device that shuts off vehicles. They were recently sued for this. This device has shut my car off three times since paying my car off in full. The company refused to help me with a tow to their service center to have the device removed costing me in a tow. Also, the first time it happened we replaced the starter thinking that was the issue and it wasn't.

      Hi ********
We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with your vehicle
that has been paid off as of 2020. As we explained to you previously, the unit
in your vehicle becomes inactive once paid off. We also explained that we would
be happy to remove it for you at the time of payoff in 2020 as well as last week,
however, we do not offer towing and are unable to provide that service. After the
many interactions on Friday, we have informed you that you are welcome to take
your vehicle to any mechanic to have the unit taken out.
