Its website states "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! If you are unhappy with your recent service, we will return to complete the job to your satisfaction, issue you a discount or credit for the portion of the dissatisfied service." Its listing at yelp.com states "I am committed to providing you with the highest level of satisfaction...GUARANTEED!" Under the BBB Code of Advertising, when using the term guarantee, the advertiser must clearly and conspicuously include a statement that the complete details can be seen prior to sale. These details must disclose any material limitations on the guarantee. Advertisers should only use 'satisfaction guarantee' if the seller refunds the full purchase price of the advertised product or service at the consumer's request. BBB suggested to the business that if its policy does not include a full refund, it should consider modifying this statement. BBB also requested that the business add the terms of its policy wherever it is advertised. The business did not respond to BBB.
Connecticut State Law requires that every contractor include his/her Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) registration number on all advertising in all media, including online and print, business documents, and signage. BBB suggested that the business add this to its advertising to become compliant with Connecticut State Law. The business did not respond to BBB.
