            We hired this company to replace and repair our steps and walk way May 2020. In April of 2021 the cement had leaked down the front of the steps leaving ugly stains and there is now space where the steps could potentially start to shift. Someone could fall and sue us. I contacted Russ the owner and he said he would come out and look at it. I also sent him photos. He never showed up and never called to cancel. I reached out to him a 2nd time and the same thing he set a day to come by and never showed up. I contacted him and he said his wife had him working around the house. We have been waiting for these stairs to be repaired since April 2021. He has stopped communicating with us and yet we saw him once working on another persons home. We are filing a complaint with hopes he will come out and make the repairs before we take him to court. This is a bad business practice to not communicate and make timely repairs. We are extremely disappointed with this company.

            My chimney was in rough shape and letting water into our house. Russ did a great job for me. Fantastic work at a great price and done in a day. What's not to like?
