    I ordered a book for someone online and the person has still not received it. I have tried contacting them through their website email and have not received a response. All I want is either the book to be shipped to the person I purchased it for, or a return of the money I have spent.

    I ordered a book from them. I waited 2 weeks and they never messaged me. Just gave me a partial refund with no explanation. I had to email them and was told that the post office had returned my book marked "undeliverable ". They said it was not their fault and were keeping my $4.00 shipping charge.
    Next, I went to the Post office and asked why they returned my package marking it"undeliverable ". I was told only packages with the wrong address are returned that way. So it was there mistake. I asked them to check the package and see if the address on it was correct. I'm sure they did not. They showed my correct address that was on their computer and blamed it on me for giving them the wrong address, which I didn't.
    I can't believe they just treat customers as liars and try and put the blame on me. They have my correct address. I've lived here 20 years a have a brand new mailbox. House number on it. They couldn't have addressed it properly. I could try and reorder the book, but then how do I know they won't do it again? Like I said, they have my correct address.

    I ordered 4 books for $83.91 to ******* *** ******, ***** ************ ******* **** ** ******* ***** ****** **. ***** ************* and they never came but I want to change the address to ******* **** **** ******** ******* ******** *** ***** ###-###-#### and have erhbc complete the service with the understanding that the legal references purchased are correct by title 28 copyright & antitrust laws to the best of the knowledge of the purchaser by penalty of perjury by this declaration ** ****** *****

    One refund check has been cashed, #******* in the amount of $60.20.  The other is pending and will be reissued to the new address.
