            They came out for water damage, one of their employees was found roaming around our house when we weren’t home. They also caused over 10k worth of damage and used blue tape throughout which caused the finish to come off the hardwood floor. I sent videos/pics and a manager came over and agreed they were at fault. Now NO ONE is returning my phone calls or emails (both managers, Emily and John) after I sent them the quote for repair. They also broke 2 stairway spindles and put a hole in my wall which they compensated me for. My floors need to be redone and I also need them to remove/store furniture and find me a place to live because they said it will take a week!
