    My husband **** *********** went to a stretch lab two years ago for a fathers day gift and signed up for a subscription to the lab which at the time I believe was $309 per month and now has gone to $329 per month. I could be slightly off. We made an appointment for him at the ********* ** location and then because of a timing change Stretch Labs needed to be moved the appointment to the ********* location because of availability. When he went to his appointment he was signed up for a subscription.

    He called in to cancel his membership, however was told he could only do this in person. He then went in person in August 2023 to the Westport location to cancel his membership where they told him he didn't have an account and he was all set. Months went by again and fast forward two years later and were still seeing charges for this monthly for $329. Stretch Labs would call **** from a number "Live Long" that was not Stretch Labs and never would leave a voicemail. When they would get in touch with **** he was so confused and frustrated and asked them to cancel his membership but then they said he had to come in person which didnt make sense, since he had done this and was told he didn't have an account. The most frustrating thing is that you were able to cancel our membership when I spoke to you easily in the last month when this situation arose, however Stertch Labs wouldn't do that for him after he had been in person. And continued to charge him for years.

    When I called in on April 8, 2025 they told me they would not refund us for the two years of payments we have paid. The offer was that we could use 12 sessions for the amount we have paid. I very much understand how a subscription works just like netflix regardless if you use it or not. However in this situation we cancelled this membership in person over two years ago and have been charged $7,416-$7,896 depending on the monthly rate.

    I am trying to cancel my membership. They do not have the staff to handle the needs for early morning appointments. I am paying 189 a month and have not had one appointment. They do not have staff for 7 or 730 appointments

    I have tried to cancel several times. I am told that per the contract you have to come in person and fill out a form. I have been there twice to do this and the office staff has not been there. There is nothing inthe contract that cancelation requires a in person visit when the office staff is there.

    I simple want my membership canceled and these predatory tactice for an expensive service stopped.
