Elite Ecom Advisors breached a dissolution contract that had a approval as of February 15th 2024.. As a part of the dissolution contract Elite Ecom Advisors was suppose to pay (me) ***** ******* $25,000 + $20% a total of $30,000 dollars.. Payments was suppose to begin on March 8, 2024 at a rate of $1500.00 dollars on Friday of each month until the balance is paid in full. The first payment was late and it was only for $500.00 dollars..Other payments have been sporadic and only for $500.00 dollars instead of the full payment of $1500.00.. The last payment was made on June 7th 2024..Payments have stopped so far and I have not received another payment for over a month and a half.. I've texted Elite Ecom Advisors inquiring about my next payment on several occasions with no response from them..
Elite Ecom has clearly breached this contract by the following means:
Insufficient payments of $500.00 dollars instead of $1500.00 agreed payment..
Late payments not received on Fridays on a monthly basis...
In addition to not responding to inquiries...

on 3/21/23 I agreed to open an ecommerce store with ***** ************ *** that is now Elite Ecom Advisors LLC. Their promise was I would receive passive income from the business. I invested 25,000 dollars. They could not keep their promise. So, I signed another agreement with them so they could reimburse me the money on 12/1/23. They only paid me 500 dollars back and did not keep their word. I am attaching both signed documents for your review. Your quick follow up will be appreciated. Thank you. I would like to get my investment back as promised in the second document.

Back In July of this year I partnered up with Ahmed Malik and Malik consolidated on the basis of them building an e commerce ****** store for me. I gave them 30k to start the process and they promised I would get my investment back within 12 month. We are now 7 month into the process and my ****** account is deactivated and I have not made any profits back yet. Myself and my lawyer have requested a refund for the past several month but Ahmed Malik has ignored all of our request for this refund. They took 30k from and refuse to pay it back.

Entered into a legal binding contract with Malik Consolidated on June 16, 2023 and invested $70K to purchase an ****** *** storefront. The contract has a guaranteed return in investment clause backed by ******** ********e. Nearly 6 months later there has been no active storefront or no revenue. A few weeks ago after little to no response from Malik Consolidated, the owner Ahmed contacted me and attempted to have me change the contract and transfer my $70K investment to change the a freight trucking business that had no insurance backed guarantee. He new contract was now to be backed and guaranteed by the brand new trucking company and no longer be insured by Hartford. After carefully reading the new contract with my lawyer, I declined to reinvest my money due to the new business model being higher risk. After informing Malik Consolidated that I was not comfortable with the new contract they have seized communications with me. They are not returning phone calls, texts or emails. I am requesting a full refund for my investment.

On April 24th and 25th of this year Ahmed Malik and I signed the ****** *** *********t Agreement after meeting with two sales representatives (Ashton M****** and Alex Mi*********) and discussing the investment listed on several franchise websites. I wired $55,000 to Ahmed Malik.
Afterwards, Shelby S****** followed-up with me for on-boarding calls (EIN, LLC, licenses). I sent her everything that was requested of me and on May 30th she replied back assuring me that she will reach back out to transfer the ownership of an aged ****** *ccount for the setup, sales, marketing and maintenance of one A***** *** ***** (investment). I asked her on June 7th, via iMessage, when are we doing the zoom call to setup the Amazon store and she replied back that the transfer process takes 10-20 business days. I also sent Ahmed Malik two emails on June 5th and June 20th, asking when I should expect the Amazon store setup, but never received a reply.
On July 27th I setup a meeting with the first person I spoke with at the company (Ashton M******), and he was able to answer several questions I had about the investment and spoke with me about purchasing a second aged ****** *ccount. After the 60-day grace period lapsed, I was given the opportunity to purchase a second aged account and received an invoice with wire instructions on August 3rd. I wired $27,500 for a second aged ****** *ccount.
I received an email on August 14th from Shelby S****** stating that I purchased two accounts. On August 22nd, I signed the contract for the second aged ****** *ccount, and then received an invoice later that day for inventory that was assigned to me and carries significantly more risk.
I was pressured into purchasing this second account, which carries significantly more risk, after the 60-day grace period lapsed for the on-boarding process to complete of my original investment (bait and switch strategy).
All I would like is one; the original ****** *** ********** Agreement that I paid for.
