2/14/2022 $5000 I brought my vehicle to this shop to be repaired after an accident. It was there 3.5weeks. I got the run around every time i asked for up dates, i was told lies, the work was not performed properly and over all professionalism was lacking. I got into multiple arguments with Mark because he was lying and i called him out. An example is him telling me they’re painting it now meanwhile I’m looking through the shop door and see it sitting there covered in dust. 5months later the paint and bondo is chipping. I brought it back there 7/6/22 and Marcell the owner asked if they fixed it if i would take my review down and told me if i know so much and went to school for automotive repair after i explained why the bed alignment wasn’t just a simple adjustment he asked why didn’t i do it myself Because I pay insurance to handle it and I don’t have time being a full time employee trying to save money to go back to school. He did offer to fix it Julyand they made it so I didn’t have to pay my deductible and paid for 3 days of rental originally but arguments and lying should not be done before getting to that point. When i first picked it up 2/14/22 there was missing body plugs, primer overspray on interior door panels/back of seat, paint was not properly blended the bedside was not dry fitted before installation which is why it was not fitting properly, there was dust all over the interior, no rain guard The plastic bed rail has damage from the buffer. It is just very obvious workmanship is not there. There are multiple poor reviews about this business and I would hate to see another young adult like me get the run around and just utter disrespect that comes from Marcell the owner and Mark when you question things. I have brought it to other body shops who have pointed out what was wrong from the extent of poor paint blending to fixing the bed alignment and taking pictures/showing me what was off. Marcell offered to fix it but used my review as manipulation.
