  Keith Gauvin Roofing is the best....great efficient service and top quality work!....Several homes around our area had roofing done by Keith Gauvin Roofing and so they were highly recommended to us...A water stain was discovered in our attic area not far from the piping vent (stink pipe) so we contacted Keith and received a quick response....He sent Jon out within a couple of days to inspect our entire roof and it was discovered that the gasket around the stink pipe needed to be replaced so Jon took care of it and informed us that our roof looks good for another couple of years...Keith and Jon were very personable, professional and efficent and it was very obvious that they truly care about their customers...My husband and I can't speak highly enough about them...Within the nextt 1-1/2 to 2 years, we will definitely have them put on new roofing....Great Guys and Great Company!

  Keith put a new roof on my home earlier this year. Chosing his company to do so was the BEST decision I could have made. He came on time. His men worked together like a ballet. Each one worked harder than the other. The job was completed in record time and the result was amazing. My home value soared. If you are in need of a new roof Keith is the man for you.

  Though they were highly recommended to me, they did not live up to that. Had no regard for my property. No net to slide old shingles down to protect house which left many black shingle marks all over my siding. I had to ask them to clean up all the marks & whatever solution they used discolored the siding. Dropped the gutters from the roof & they banged into the windows, broke a light fixture off the house, landing on front and back steps along with piles of shingles & were left there all day blocking entry/exit from house. Scraped paint off the cellar hatch (had to be sanded and repainted) & front railing (also had to be sanded and repainted). There was shingles, wood, water bottles, shingle wrappers thrown all over front and back yards & A/C unit used as a trash receptacle (had to call mechanical contractor to get bottle caps, shingle pieces & nails out of the unit). From the street I could tell shingles were not flat and could see plastic sticking out in places -- turns out the unsupervised (job superintendent never showed up on jobsite) crew nailed the shingles over the plastic shingle wrappers. The whole roof had to be inspected prying up numerous shingles to remove all the plastic wrappers. Using this company was a very expensive mistake. Looking at my discolored siding every day is a constant reminder.
