              Unprofessional ! I had hoped to hire them to install a buried sump pump discharge line! One of the owners came out and was vague in his explanation as to what could be done! He ignored my questions or give me an estimated quote! Spent time showing me pictures of his relative's new patio yet left my house with the belief he wanted to do the work, leaving me up in the air as to the next step. After contacting the next day with the unanswered questions I was told I would be contacted but never was. Unprofessional ! I called another Company who came out the very next day, answered all my questions, gave me an estimated quote and measured the area that was to have digging, even calling the before you dig number to have our Utility Company come out! Drainage Experts LLC should take a lesson on professionalism from them!

              ******* We are sorry that your experience with our team was not as you had hoped, but we feel as though this review is not a fair representation of who we are at Drainage Experts. Jon, one of the owners, met you on site on February 27 and listened to what you were experiencing for drainage issues. During that time, yes, he did show you some pictures of a relatives property because you two were sharing stories outside of what we were there to look at. That is part of who we are in that we like to make connections with our customers. This review was left a week after Jon visited your property. We apologize if we did not clearly communicate that our current quote times are over a week due to the wet season we are in. We are happy to hear you were able to find another company that was able to do meet your needs. If you would like to discuss more please contact our office at ***** ******** and ask for Jon or Ben.
