My mother suffered a stroke December 31, 2023, After going to the process I was told I would be getting paid to care for her. I was already working all week with only 1 day off & still caring for my mother with the time I had left. Making meals, laundry, hair, showers, etc leaving me no time for anything else. So it was alot for me to handle on my body physically but also mentally. Therefore I had to 100% percent leave my job for the sake of my health. I had gotten approved around march and was told I will start getting paid to care for her. I have been waiting up to a year and change and still no payment. My entire savings had been used up for bills it was an enitre setback for me and as well as my family for the roll in my household for finacially. I finally hear the company was no longer handling to payroll and now it is a new company. So currenty after waiting for that company to get back to me as well I am being told I do not get paid for the home care for my mom until after mid march. No recompensation, no back pay or pay for the time I am working currently. I feel so ripped off and like my time and care was not worth anything. Allied was supposed to pay me something and now there phone goes straight to voicemail.

This is a payroll company that did not pay me for a time sheet that I submitted to them when they were contracted with ****** for the *** ****** *******. The timesheet was submitted to them on time and they overlooked it. They asked me to resend it and assured me it would be paid. Now they are saying it will not be paid because they no longer have access to the funds as they are no longer under contract. They were under contract during the time that my time sheet was submitted and they are obligated to pay it. It is for the pay period ending 12/15/2023 for 60 hours.

This company is supposed to provide verification of employment when asked and they tried to tell me they do not do that. I called the ********** ** ****** ******** and told them this l, the dss told me they are supposed to provide me with a verification of employment letter. I had to go back and forth with allied community resources for a month before they would finally provide one and when they did they intentionally left it incomplete and I was denied a mortgage unless I could get a complete verification of employment. Recently I made a request for paid family leave with aflac and they needed a verification of employment from allied. I sent allied the paperwork and again they sent it back incomplete which may cause my claim to get denied for child bonding for my newborn. I'm furious with allied community resources gross negligence. This is not okay and they need to be stopped. At this point they are interfering with people's lives! I want to report this!

I’m an employee to my employer who uses this company to pay me. They mess up my wages and I’ve had multiple times of not getting paid. They cause a disparity in my quality of life because they don’t pay me on time or at all. I’ve been working four weeks without getting paid. This is federal money that they mess up with. Everyone in the reviews have the same story as I do of consistently losing money and not getting paid. Where does the money go? They owe me money, very fraudulent company and needs to be shut down.

I was not paid for the week before last and this week instead of paying me 16 hours they paid me 8. They only paid me for 8 hours community mentor and they still owe me 8 hours life coaching. If you look at my paycheck stub, it only shows payment for community mentor. That means the owe me eight more for life coaching. This happens continuously and they are using federal money. I don't see how they are getting away with it but this is one of the handful of times they haven't paid me correctly.

A client is buying a home. This business has been sent request after request from the mortgage company for verification of employment since November 11, 2023. We were supposed to close November 30, 2023 BUT THIS DID NOT HAPPEN BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANYS FAILURE TO RESPOND. A VOE takes THREE MINUTES to fill out. Not only have they done a disservice to their employee, but they have put her in an awful position with the mortgage company, SELLER, selling agent and our agency’s reputation to get things done. what type of company does this to an employee? This is messing with their livelihood.

The company finally sent us the VOE THIRTY+ days after the request. They filled in two lines.  They never called or responded to voice messages we left.  Meanwhile, their employee and my client had to get a hotel room instead of closing on time on the home the client bought.  My client almost lost the property because this company is so incompetent.

      * ** *** ****** ** * ** **** *** *** **** ****** *** ************ *********** My family receives respite care through DDS. The employee who works with my son is payed through ALLIED COMMUNITY RESOURCES INC. In **** ******** *** It is my responsibility each week to submit time sheets in PDF format via email before 5pm on Monday. I send the time sheets each week and receive a confirmation email that they have been received. Recently my sons respite worker has not been receiving paychecks. It has happened several times. Now it has been nearly a month without getting paid. I call customer service and am left holding for nearly an hour before a representative picks up. They will simply ask me if the file I sent was a PDF, then put me on hold. Last week I was hung up on while being transferred. This was after waiting on hold for an hour. You see, DDS requires families except respite care in order to qualify for ***** insurance. If my worker quits my disabled child looses health Insurance.

Today date is June 11, 2021. I have been calling Allied Community Resource for past 4 1/2 hours without any success of anyone picking up the phone. A voice mail answers and says that someone will pick up the phone to address my question. As I stated it took me 4 1/2 hours for Allied to pick up the phone. This is not a isolated incident it happens quite often. I am the client but I have 2 PCA providers working for me but are being paid by Allied. At times they will leave a recording that states one of my providers will not be paid. They will not say why or what the problem is. I am forced to call them because if I don't, my provider will not be paid. This has been going on for several years. When I complain they simply say their working on the problem. The phone I am provided to you is the only way I can reach them ***** ********* I am a 68 years old women with serious health problems. I need the help of my PCA'S, if this problem persist I will lose them. Can I take any kind of action.
