05/2/2022 170.12 I paid for an interior detailing. The attendant and I looked through the car before they started. I left my car with them for almost 3 hours as I walked around the area occasionally watching them clen my car. There were 5 different ppl in my car. When I finally picked it up i was running late for work so I just left. A few hours later I was showing a friend and noticed all the scratches on the inside of my car by the carpet. In the front in the back .it looked like someone scaped it with a vacuum. I got there showed them. Every one who was in my car that day ****** *** ******* *** ******** *********** 1 guy was trying to explain that they didn't do it. I told them I wasn't trying to be a pain but it wasn't like that before I brought it there amd he insisted on calling someone to explain that there is no way they could've done it. I told them I work 2 jobs I don't go out I don't have friends so no1 is in my car. I dont have time to clean it I don't even own a vacuum which is why I brought it to them. They insisted that there was nothing they would do. He told me that the one guy working on my car said the scratches were there before he started. I dont know how he would remember my car after the dozens of cars they did that day. And they continued to smirk and they ended up showing me a receipt that says they don't do refunds. There is no way they atleast refund someone. It is very clear in the pictures that it looks like a vacuum or something to clean with scared my care .I just want some justice please.
