    On Sunday September 4th, Allardsend was hired to move items from storage at my parents' home in ********** ** to my new home in ****** **. Upon arrival to my home, the driver backed over my mailbox. The post was snapped in half and bent over. The mailbox itself was also destroyed. Upon contacting AllardSend, we were informed that they would re-imburse us $21 based on the cost of the items they moved. They refuse to acknowledge that they drove through my mailbox that is part of my property and destroyed it and the post. They have not assisted in any way to get this issue resolved, and seemingly have no regard for the amount of damage that they caused.

    We contracted with Allard Send to move our household items from ** ** ** over Memorial Day weekend. Items were loaded into the truck and arrived in ***** damaged. All our wood furniture was damaged in the move and I contacted the sales rep to ask what to do. He directed me to the website to file a claim. I filled out the form, uploaded pictures and have not heard anything about the claim or received resolution.
