            I have signed a contract with this company to construct a pool in my property in Oct 2020. The contract was for 103k. They were supposed to apply for necessary permits and start the project in Feb / March 2021 , depending on the weather conditions. They promised me no hidden costs , and a time line of 6-10 weeks since the start of the project. The permit application was not submitted till April 2021. The project was started on April 30 , 2021. Today is Oct 9, 2021 and the project has not finished yet as they have prioritize many other projects over mine. The cost of the project kept increasing with " change of order forms" . Essentially , these were the hidden costs that were not discussed before , but according to them are standard costs to any pool projects. By the end of the project I will be paying them more than 150K; More than 50% increase from the initial cost we have agreed upon. Therefore, both the cost and timing are the issues that I have complain about.
