    Purchased a 2017 **** spent close to $80,000 with all the different warranties and had the car for less than a month and it basically shut down on the freeway twice these guys well be your best friend when you’re buying the car and after they realize they sold you a piece of junk they want you to go to dealership and waste your time To have it looked at after they supposedly did their full **** inspection I was literally driving 75 on the freeway and then all of a sudden it dropped 40 and stayed at 40 until I drove all the way home after spending this much money and supposedly they did a full inspection and spending 80 K these guys are a bunch of liars and crooks they are smooth talking salesmen Like every other typical dealership please avoid them if you can only imagine if I had kids in the car driving 75 and all of a sudden it drops to 40 mph cars were swerving around me and I had to drive with my hazards all the way home This is not what I expected after spending that much money and having the car shipped to ******** now I’m stuck driving it to a dealership and waiting there until they service the vehicle and find out what’s wrong and again all of this should have been completed before purchase I am very disappointed and I hope you don’t like the mistake that I made avoid the smooth talking crooks Especially Steve there is zero accountability and on top of that I did not even receive my plate Yet after they claimed they sent it overnight I cannot drive the car because the paper plate has expired I gave this dealership one out of five stars and I would strongly recommend not doing business with a bunch of crooks I am extremely disappointed do not make my mistake

    I would like to comment on my terrible and terrible experience with this Dealer. My wife and I were looking for a *** X5 diesel and after some searches on car sales websites we chose 3 vehicles and one of the Dealers was closest to our house. The Dealer by the name Weeks Pre-Owned was apparently trustworthy as he was an **** Dealer. I asked my wife to make a note and explain the limitations we had to finance this vehicle and the sales representative was very attentive and said that we could go for a test drive and would look for a financing solution that would be of interest to us. I went to the Dealer on November 22nd at the scheduled time and before we started trading values ??and the test drive I explained again my limitation to have the car financing even though I made a down payment of 45% of the car's value. And again I was informed that there would be no problems. Given this information, I went to test drive. To my surprise the car had no fuel and the test drive had to be done in the Dealer's parking lot because if we did it outside we would run out of fuel. I did a little test drive with the car and decided to close the deal and fill out the paperwork for the financing. I filled out all the paperwork and was asked for a deposit of $1,000.00 which I paid with a check. As it was outside business hours, the sales representative informed us that we would have the answer on November 23 in the morning. I also requested that not many hard inquiries were made so that my credit score would not go down and that if there was a bank denial I would have already approved one in another bank and could pay for the car with this second option. On the 23rd of November we didn't get any response from Weeks Pre-Owned and by the end of the afternoon we decided to call and the response was that the financing was not approved. We then scheduled the 25th of November for me to return to the dealer to see what options we had. We went back to the Dealer and I asked if I could use my bank to buy the car and to my surprise the Sales Manager Mr. Al D****** informed me that he didn't work with my bank because it was a Junk Bank. At this point, we decided to cancel the car purchase and buy another car at another Dealer. We bought the car at another Dealer and asked for a refund of the amount paid of $1,000.00 which was informed that it had already been requested and that we would receive a check within 3 days. The 3 days have passed and we haven't received the refund check. We called again and were informed that we would be receiving the check within the next few days. The next few days went by and again we didn't receive the check. On December 3rd I asked my wife to go to Weeks Pre-Owned and see what was happening and why the check was delayed. She went to Weeks Pre-Owned and to our surprise the check had not even been filled out and mailed. Summary of the bad experience: We wasted our time; We were tricked 3 times; We trust the wrong company. Weeks Pre-Owned never again, stay away from this company.
