I was behind on my payments. I was in contact with Customer Service and we worked out an agreement to place my payments at the end of my loan. I was told I was caught up. They called me twice to confirm I was caught up. That my paperwork was completed. My next payment comes out and this week before my payment is due again I start getting calls again telling me I am behind 158.00 for late fees. No mention of these fees until I am 11 days past due. No mention of late fees in a previous call with customer service. This isn't the first time. They repossessed my car last year. I paid to get it back. The app told me my next payment was due the end of Aug 2023. I start getting calls telling me I had a payment due 2 days after I got the car back which put me behind for my current complaint. My husband list his job in Dec. This company is a rip off and take advantage of people with credit issues. I could be paying 554 for a new car not this old car. But here i am stuck and still making payments. Everytime I think I'm caught up they have me behind yet again. Then the harrassment begins. I want the late fees waived.
