              Absolutely appalling and disgusting how a customer is treated at this cleaners! Left 2 bridemaids gowns to be cleaned one was missing. Told my "stupid dress did not matter" "who cares, it's not here, come back!" Then after demanding she call the owner and being told no, she calls someone else then finds my dress for a wedding this weekend! Told they didn't finish it has to go back. I told her I wanted to speak to the owner, she demanded No, it's just a stupid dress for a stupid wedding leave. Proceeds to grab ny dresses to throw them out the door! CANNOT describe how I felt!! Left there so upset and crying!! Now I'm left with damaged bridemaid gowns from her grabbing them and trying to throw them!
