      "I tried to get the service they double charged my card and then said that they didn't accept my card as payments this is clearly a scam I would not suggest getting hooked on phonics for anyone their customer service is trash their employees are trash if your child needs help reading please seek other means to help them read because hooked on phonics is not a good company"
