    This is the UPS store I've been going to since arriving in **. Never had a problem until today, I went in to ship an item, I was patiently and quietly waited in line, when the employee finished with the person who was in front of me, she disregard me and helped someone else who was standing to the side on their phone, although that person was already being helped by another employee. I did not get her name however, ***** *********** ********* ** *** **** *** ******* *** *** ** ******. I feel like her behavior was very discriminatory and rude, she then told me that I could not ship my item, because it have perfume in it. Although I've been shipping back to that company for almost 3 years now, at that very UPS location. When I called back to make a complaint. I discovered that the employee I had a problem with, is the general manager. She said that she's The general manager of the Cromwell and ************ location in ***********. If you don't like certain people, perhaps you should not work with the public, there was no reason for her to behave in that manner toward me, and then lie just so she did not have to service me (the other UPS store. shipped it with no problem) You need to be fired, If you can't treat people fairly.

    First, we try to be as efficient as possible which may result in waiting on more than one customer at a time or getting involve with another team members' transaction. No one is disregarded.

    Secondly, the Team has names and to describe a Team member in such a way is disrespectful to that person.

    Thirdly, unless we have hired you as a business consultant, who are you to suggest the firing of an employee?

    Lastly, The UPS Store do not ship hazardous material, no exceptions.
