  We received a written estimate for work from this company on December 6, 2022, and made a $200 deposit on a contract price of $ 1,595. The work is to be done this spring, 2022. I have made three attempts to contact this company over the past three weeks to set a date for the work and have not heard back. Not sure what the issue is, but this is unacceptable.

  They are receiving 1 star because 0 isn't an option. We booked Eric's Tree Service to come to our house and cut down/grind two big trees in our front yard and remove any AND ALL left over debris. The company came out when scheduled, immediately completed the work and came back the next day to pick up the remainder of brush and sticks etc. that we paid for. However, they did not pick up the remainder of the brush and sticks. They picked up the large logs with their truck and that was it. Our driveway is still completely covered with piles of debris and our front yard is not accessible for yard work due to the amount of brush and sticks/logs all over the place. They only picked up 1/4 of what should have been removed. To do this by hand would take me days.
  Moreover, Eric's had no problem cashing our check but has not returned any of our several phone calls, emails, or text messages. We paid an additional 500+ dollars for this service and they didn't even do the bare minimum. Not only am I expecting them to resolve this issue immediately but a refund is also in order at this point as this service should've been done over a week ago and there has been no contact made on their end.
  This is a horrible business with no real customer service. Would never use or recommend again.

  My neighbor and I had 3 trees taken down by Eric's Tree Service. They took the trees down on Wednesday and left all the debris, branches, logs in the yard, driveway and sidewalks. They came back on Thursday and hauled away some of the logs and branches. We have been trying to get a response for 4 days to see when they are coming back to finish the job we had to pay in full up front. Radio silence. Now we have to hire someone else to finish the job as they finally contacted us back to tell us they are closing down for 3 weeks, which they never mentioned before taking the job, as we can't have the sidewalks and driveway blocked for that long.

  I recently contacted Eric's tree service for dry split firewood and at first was very polite anf ready to complete the order. But something happened. I called them a number of times and the changed the delivery date every time for 3 weeks. I finally got disgusted with them and canceled my order. I am verry disappointed with them and would NEVER recommend this company to anybody. Very very bas busines policy. Dave - 3/7/23

  We were delighted from start to finish with the service provided by Eric's Tree Service, particularly from Genoveva Person, the owner. Her personal attention to our job was outstanding. Scheduling service was prompt and efficient, the work was excellent and the overall attention to detail and customer satisfaction was impressive. Due to the size of our trees, a crane was required. The team was friendly and accommodating, leaving the property in excellent condition. We found their pricing to be very reasonable. We would, and have, highly recommended their services. Would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you, Genoveva!!!

  They were on time and professional. It was amazing how coordinated their staff was during this process. My tree was on an embankment to the water and no way to get to the tree from the road. The equipment was unbelievable and the team had an awesome tree climber who went up on the 70 foot tree, cut the tree and communicated to this amazing guy who drove this million dollar piece of equipment and brought that tree safely over my house and into the street where the other guys cut it up and threw everything into their woodchipper and the bobcat took the logs which went into another pile to be removed. It was amazing and highly recommend their service. It was worth every penny. Another neighbor ended up asking them to do a few trees while their equipment was there and had the same issue of no way to get to the trees on the embankment near the water. EXCELLENT Tree Company!!!!!

  Eric’s removed 5 trees and cut back branches for a very reasonable price. They did a fantastic job! They took great care to not tear up my lawn and did a wonderful job with clean up at the completion. I would highly recommend them!
