            I paid Main Street Door $880 on August 8th, 2022, for a deposit on a garage door panel to be installed. I have made every effort to contact the company, including multiple phone calls, texts, and email, with no response. I never received the garage door panel, or had it installed. Unable to reach by phone since a message states "the mailbox is full and cannot accept a message."

            If I could give Main Street Door , LLC zero stars if I could. I put half of the money down for a deposit for a client of mine for a garage door and it appears that Main Street door LLC in Connecticut has taken the money and run. I keep calling and leaving messages and get absolutely no response. It’s obvious that the authorities need to intervene here and protect the general public from this business. I had them come out and put new motors on my old doors and realized that the owners “supplier” appears to be Home Depot. Lesson learned, and I will reach out to the authorities.
