    I contracted with this company to cut down a tree that had a broken large limb come off the tree. The contract was 1) Take down Standard tree 2) cut wood 18 inch and leave 3) pile brush. They came and cut the tree and did additional work. This work was done early March. I paid him the day for the work, my mistake because he did not honor the contact. There are over 100 pieces of wood that are larger than 22 inches. There were more that were 19 - 21 inches, but I am only concerned about the ones that are over 22 inches. Early April I called Bob Williams and asked him to come back and honor the contact and cut the pieces that were too large. I called him on 4/4, 4/20, 4/25, 4,29, 5/12, 5/24, 5/31. I have been calling him for 2 months. Each time I talked to him he promised to come and cut them by next week or the week after. He even told me one weekend that he was going away for the weekend and would get to me when he gets back. The last conversation I had with him convinced me that he was just blowing me off, and that he was never going to come and honor the contract. That is the reason for the complaint.
