    I preordered a treadmill from Trueform AKA Woodway USA, *** back in February 2025 for delivery in April 2025. I received my treadmill on 4/25/25 and assembled it the same day, however, there were multiple issues with the assembly and quality of the treadmill. I emailed them the same night to notify them of the issues with picture proof and got a response that the issues would be discussed with their service team. Well, that was the last time I heard from them, even after multiple email attempts, LinkedIn message, and online chat requests. I was ghosted until I reached out via Instagram and was put in direct contact with someone to help come to a resolution for replacement parts - and then was ghosted again. It has been 2+ months and ******** has failed to deliver on their promise of sending replacement parts. To say I am displeased with their lack of customer service is an understatement. I initially went with this company because it is made in the ***, but had I known I would have such a difficult time getting a resolution I would have gone with a competitor instead.

    Working with Trueform / Samsara fitness has been an absolute nightmare. Their treadmills are very expensive ( I paid 6500) in November of 2024. They said upfront that they had an 8-10 week lead time on their trueform runner as they build them to order. 10 weeks go by and I email them to see if there’s an update. This starts a chain reaction that lasted 2 months of their employees telling me “it’s being finished it’ll be shipping out by the end of the week!” I ended up bothering them so much that Zach N****, the CEO, called me to tell me it would be shipping out “the following week” of course it didn’t. I finally received my treadmill in late March, and the display was inoperable. I started emailing them asking for them to send a replacement, they said they would. I see a sticker at the bottom of the display that said it was last tested in 2023! “Made to order” right? At this point, they stopped responding to my emails. Finally, I submitted a dispute with my credit card company and THAT got trueform to start responding to my emails again. I told them I want a refund and to come pick up their equipment. They told me someone would be in contact to schedule the truck to come pick it up, it’s now been 4 days with no word.
