They've blocked my company from being able to write this review, but luckily, we found a way around it. I want to share this to help anyone steer clear of these people. Normally, we would not openly review another business, but this has been one of the worst experiences in over 20 years of doing business so please do not take this lightly. Nelson and John are 2 of the biggest ******** you will meet. We've used them for 5 years and started having issues when we noticed our bill increasing by the HUNDREDS in June of 2020. We decided to switch to a more professional service, and were told we could not cancel until May of 2021. It was so bad, we paid for two services at the same time just to get the professional attention our company needed. We eventually had our lines forwarded to the other company as Nelson repeatedly REFUSED to port our lines over saying it was breaking a contract. ANY business who tells you you're stuck with them is a FRAUD. Anyone can cancel their contract at any time, for any reason as long as they are current on payments. Here we are, 1 year later, battling Nelson and Web Focus Pro LLC to get out of our ironclad "contract," which they have never been able to provide, or show that we agreed to these terms. He then requested $1,000 to cancel our service (WHAT?!), but agreed to take $250 and he would let us out of our agreement but not until he got his ransom. Mind you, we had been automatically paying out each month and had no idea what they were charging. As of today, our phone lines were totally disconnected, and he had no idea they were down, which means our business is losing money and no one is on phones. I can't say it enough, stay away from these guys, I also encourage any customer currently with them to request a copy of your itemized monthly invoices, and request a contract UP FRONT. Such a shame it has come to this but BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
