  I had a hot water heater 10 months ago installed by this company. Recently I came home to find out there was no hot water coming out. Thankfully, my neighbor was an electrician. When the hot water heater was installed, they inspected it a couple months later they had another person inspected. At no point was I told there was a problem with the electrical. However, I just came home and there is no hot water. There were wires exposed that they did not cover. They were not even connected. I’m actually lucky my house did not burn down because of their faulty installation. When I contacted them, they said well it’s your fault because your electricity is from the 1970s. Again, this was inspected twice and at no point that they bring any issues to my awareness. I contacted them they pretty much said screw you. I’m including pictures of their shotty work and I’m telling you right now if anybody talks to Jane at this company, hang up the phone and run the other way. I am posting this everywhere on every social media site. Avoid this company at all cost or your house will be burned down.

  I used F.F. Hitchcock to switch from oil heat to propane heat and have central air conditioning installed in my entire house. It was a big project costing just under $50,000.
  Everything seemed to be going well until a huge leak occurred in my attic, causing the ceiling of my primary bedroom to leak. I called them up immediately, but they did not show up at my house until many hours later. The sheetrock in my newly painted ceiling was completely drenched and had to be replaced. When they finally showed up, they claimed to have fixed the leak and claimed they would pay to have the ceiling sheetrocked and painted, but asked me that same day to pay my bill in full. Yes, you heard that correct, they wanted me to pay $50,000 while I was able to literally stick my finger straight through my ceiling. They told me they "didn't have to fix the ceiling" and that they "were doing me a favor" with that. Not once did anybody apologize for causing a leak in my ceiling even though it was clearly caused by them and they were clearly liable for it.
  The next day, they sent sheetrockers to my house to fix the ceiling. 12 hours later, the ceiling leak occurred AGAIN because they did not actually fix it correctly the first time. They "fixed" it again and called me later that same day asking for full payment and told me they were "just trying to close out the job". They asked me to sign papers saying that the project was complete and to my satisfaction, even though I was telling them that I was not satisfied and the project is obviously not complete.
  Beware that if you use FF Hitchcock they will pester you constantly for payment even after they screw up your ceiling and they will never apologize for making a mistake, nor will they treat you with any decency or respect at all.

  Ok where do I start. Got Home energy assessment done by FF Hitchcock and I was told I need insulation in my attic and that I have none in my exterior walls. After rebates and me having to take a home energy loan there were charging me $2500. Fine. Day of the appointment workers an hour late after my hour and a half window was up. The best part is when I called after after them being late and still not there, I was told they were right up the street and would be there in five minutes. Fast forward 40 minutes later they still are not there. I had to call back a second time. So they do the attic and the guy who did the assessment wanted to charge me $350 for an attic cover that I already have! Then they moved to the exterior walls. Well to my surprise my walls were very well insulated according to the worker. He then proceeded to tell me that he could spray and maybe get a little bit more insulation in there and they would make an adjustment to my charge. I said absolutely not. So once again, I call and speak with Jane and she promises me she’ll make things right because I told her that I would do my hot water heater. So in the meantime, they reimburse me from the loan that I took out then they send someone to look at my hot water heater. Guy tries to upsell me to the heat pump hot water heater, about $5000. So from there he gives me a quote for 50 gal and a 40 gal. The quote I got was total cost without being broken down. I asked for a breakdown in the quote and specs brand years of Warranty etc. the response was we don’t typically do that. Never got it. To me that just seems like a company who from the start tried to rip me off telling me I had no exterior insulation and now they don’t even wanna give me a broken down quote that they are trying to hide something. I put a complaint in with Evers source because it was ever their website that I used to do they set me with FF Hitchcock. I tried to give them a second chance to make things right, and they failed!

  I wholeheartedly recommend this furnace installation service. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I cannot express enough how satisfied I am with their service. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.
