Hi, My name is ******* ********. I bought two tickets for April 02, 2023 for my girlfriend ****** ********* and her mother ******** for the November 11, 2023 ***** concert in *** ******s on the Event Tickets Center website **********************************. I got information that on November 10, 2023 both tickets will be sent to ********** phone ###-###-####. She got tickets, but both tickets were fraudulent. I spent $433.87 for a ***** ticket, $100 ****** and ******** spent 11-11-23 to get to the concert place (gas price, parking cost), but the most important was ladies' pain and suffering because your company killed life dreams for both. As a result I split with my pretty girlfriend ******. I asked that company for reimbursement and got a chain of letters with different tale stories about that accident. Also, February 20 I got phone call from ###-###-#### number and lady told me that she will call me back in a few days and she promise me to wait. But nothing happened. I need my money back and apologies from this company. Truly yours, ******* ******** (Phone)###-###-####

Tickets were delivered in accordance with the policies and accessed. Our records show that the client contacted us over three (3) months after the event with their invalid ticket claim. It is the client's responsibility to contact us with any issues at the time of the event for assistance. Further, while we do investigation such claims, per the policies agreed to upon checkout, we must be notified, with supporting venue documentation, within ten (10) business days of the event taking place. We requested documentation from the client multiple times but have yet to receive anything. At this time, we are unable to honor a refund request for this purchase.

On 5.5.23, I purchased concert tickets for an event on 10.23.23 through, Ticketsociety.com/ Ticketfaster. Plan # ************** Order # ******** I called to inquire about a refund because the event was cancelled and has not rescheduled. When calling ###-###-####, I was transferred to Jennifer. She explained that in order to get the refund back that I would need to go buy a ******* **** card for $500 so she could set up a wallet acct, to put all of the money back on and then I could transfer the funds to my bank acct. Her system went down and called this morning wanting $200 to complete the refund but asked for an ***** ID card this time. She got my $500! Why? Why do people do this? I am so embarrassed because I fell for this! This is not right! Please help me BBB!

We are sorry to hear of the clients situation. Firstly, the event they purchased tickets for has been postponed, pending a new date. It has not been cancelled. Per the policies agreed to at the time of purchase, all sales are final. Should an event be postponed, tickets remain active and valid for use (or resell if needed) for whatever date the event organizers may announce. We are not affiliated with any event organizers and have no control over or influence in their decisions. There is no timeframe in which the organizers much provide an update. While we update clients as soon as we may be notified, we always suggest clients sign up for artist or venue notifications so they may be the most of to date since our notifications are not guaranteed. Secondly, the last contact on this order from the client was 1/24/2024,during which our polices were explained again and they were referred to speak with the insurance company regarding the policy they purchased and their eligibility for a refund. The order is not eligible for a refund through our company at this time. Additionally, we do not have a representative by the name of Jennifer and we absolutely would not request further payment of any kind to process any refunds should they be deemed necessary. All payments are made at the time of purchase only as agreed to. The only time further payment may be requested, per our policies, is for a very specific situation in which hardstock tickets were shipped to a client, returned undeliverable and needed to be reshipped. That is not an applicable scenario on this order. We cannot speak for where the client may have contacted but it was not us and we are not responsible for any actions that may have been taken by the client.
At this time, the client has initiated a dispute with their financial institution, which is process. The client will need to direct any questions pertaining to the dispute to their financial institution.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: I still believe that I was a victim of FRAUD and am explaining that all I did was call and was connected to Jennifer. She had my information and I had no reason not to trust her at the time. She even gave me a wallet ID# along with a password. A few hours later, I received a text from a gentlemen name Zack. I will be sending that conversation after this response.

      Sincerely,

      ****** ******

We are sorry the client may reject our response. That is their right and outside of our control. We cannot speak for where the client contacted or any actions they may have taken with anyone they may have contacted. As previously informed, the client did not contact our website. We would never have requested anything the client is describing, nor did we send anything the client as provided. We do not have any agents by the names the client is referencing. Further, for security purposes, last names are never provided. If the client was a victim of a scam for Gift Cards, they will need to discuss that with their financial institution. There was no error with the purchase on behalf of our website and a dispute is currently in process. No actions can be taken at this time; however, should the investigation be found in merchant favor, the client may use or resell their tickets at their discretion. As per the policies the client agreed to when placing the order, all sales are final and a refund is only available upon event cancellation as deemed by the event organizers.

The client may do as they see fit. There was no issue with their purchase no behalf of our website or the seller's office. The client agreed to a final sale purchase when placing the order; tickets remain valid for postponed events. This event is pending a new date by the event organizers and is not cancelled. While we monitor event statuses and notify all clients as soon as possible, we always suggest a client sign up for artist or venue updates as well. The client has been advised multiple times of our policies, which they may review at any time on our website, and directed to speak with the insurance company regarding a possibly refund within their policy due to medical reasons. We are not affiliated with the insurance company and cannot assist with any claim processing. The client also has the option to resell any tickets if they no longer wish to utilize them and are unable to be refunded through insurance.

As previously advised, regarding any gift card refund situation the client is referencing, that has nothing to do with our company and we cannot take responsibility for any actions the client may have taken with any other entities and cannot assist in that matter. The client's interaction regarding that situation was not with us. Again, we have no representatives under the names they client has provided, nor would we request any further payments from the client.

This matter has been addressed multiple times and there is nothing new or different information to provide to the client. As such, we will consider this matter closed.

I was trying to buy tickets to a concert and ended up getting redirected to this fraudulent business. No clue it was a resale site and they charged 3x the ticket amount. I had no idea. This was supposed to be a birthday present, but we Never got my tickets and missed opportunity to take someone for their birthday. Total scam. Do not buy tickets here!!

There is no issue with this purchase on behalf of our website or the seller's office. We cannot speak for how the client may have arrived to our website, we are not affiliated with any venues, artists, teams, etc and a client would not be directed from any of their official pages to our website for purchase. Our website is clearly identified as a resale marketplace throughout checkout. It is the client's responsibility to review all information presented to them. By placing the order, the client agreed to the use of our website and our policies, including the final sale.

Tickets were delivered to the client prior to the expected date of 11/28/2023 as indicated in their receipt and our records indicate that we have assisted the client in accessing them. This event has not yet occurred and the client may use or resell their tickets at their discretion without issue.

This business ticketsoffice.org has scammed me. First, I attempted to purchase tickets directly through **** ****** **** in *********** *** My eyesight isn't the greatest and I really thought that this was the **** ****** website. Nothing clearly said that this was a ticket reseller. The map made it look like it was the venue itself selling the tickets. So I overpaid big time. $101 apiece for two $35 tickets. But that isn't bad enough. Second, when I figured out that this wasn't the correct site I found the correct **** ****** **** website. The event date isn't even valid!!! The event was already postponed when I purchased the tickets. The event date is supposed to be Jan. 22, 2023 but directly after purchasing, I went to the **** ****** site to find that it is postponed and was postponed when I purchased the tickets. This is fraud. They are selling tickets for an event that doesn't have a date and they did not tell me this. I will only be in ******* for a short time in Jan. 2023 because I live in ********. I will not be able to use these tickets at all. And since they are already 3 times the actual price. I talked to their 3rd party Ticket Network today. They will refund me the service charge. That is nice but the tickets were sold fraudulently for a performance date that doesn't exist! I would like a refund of $202. My order number is ********.

I accidentally purchased concert tickets through this company. I immediately searched for contact info to stop the purchase, but couldn’t find any contact info except an email address. I emailed the company. The only response I get is an automated response saying all sales are final. I cannot afford this and it has financially hurt me. I hadn’t been to a concert since I was a teenager. I’ll be 45 this year. I was just curious as to the price.
