    I did not authorize this transaction, nor did I authorize to save my credit card information from Aug of 2023! There was no disclosure of charges before they charged my card. This includes the amount of the charge, the date of the charge, and the reason for the charge. They never left information or paperwork upon completion, I called specifically regarding this, nor have I received any bill by mail or via email!! Unacceptable

    I am responding to a complaint from ***** ****.

    It started 1 year ago when I installed an electronic pet containment system for her dog.  She paid in full with her credit card.  One year later she called me again and asked me to come out and repair a broken wire.  When we came to her house, no one was home to pay us. We solved her problem. We had her credit card # on file. When my secretary received the paperwork with no payment, she charged the card that we had on file.  My secretary made an error by charging her card. Although  The customer was happy that we came out and fixed her problem.  No problem with the price or service.  She was angry that we charged her card without her permission. Everyone pays upon completion.  She didn’t pay. The  customer gave me a bad review,and  contacted the bbb She was very unreasonable.  I apologized numerous times to no avail I hope this reply gives you an idea of what happened Thanks *** ******* **** **** ** ******

     

    I year ago I installed a Pet Containment system for ***** ****. She paid with her credit card in full. 

    One year later she called and requested for someone to come out and fix her broken wire.  Upon arrival to her home to fix her fence, there was no one home.  We were able to repair her fence without her being home.  When she got home she saw that we were there and we solved her problem. Her only complaint is that since she wasn’t home to pay us, when the paperwork was turned in, there was no payment attached.   The bookkeeper checked her acct and saw that she paid the last service call by credit card.  The bookkeeper charged her card on file.  Every customer who pays  by credit knows that we don’t carry receivables and we either get paid in full upon completion or we charge their card. I apologized numerous time to no avail.
