              I placed an order with this company, my order never arrived. I reached out several times to the company, no one replied to me so eventually i called and explained no one was responding to me, zero apologies, then they told me there's nothing they can do because i didn't purchase the 0.90 insurance that was super tiny on the screen - i cannot believe that they don't help because a customer mistakenly didn't spend less than a dollar. Never dealt with such bad customer service, so now i am disputing this with my bank when they could have just helped me and refunded the sixty some dollars, such a headache, this is why i shop at larger shops.

              Ordered a pair of snowboard boots and bindings. 2 weeks after the order I got a email saying that they could not find the items ordered and refunded my money. Then I started to get fraudulent charges on my credit card. If you look at other reviews, this seems to be a pattern. Do NOT trust.
