I purchased a car from Crowley Nissan in 2021, brand new car straight off the lot. I have never had more issues with a car than this one, or made out to be crazier than this place has made me feel. My car lately has been getting stuck in neutral as if my transmission is slipping and will only go in reverse, but not forward. This leads me to putting the car in park, turning off and back on, and then being able to drive as if it resets itself. But that being said, I have brought it to the service department multiple times for the same issue where they disregard what I say it’s doing or that the dash lights up like a christmas tree and tell me it ‘doesn’t do any of that for them’ and send me on my way telling me my car is fine. Their service manager even suggested I had ‘drank too much wine and my car really was fine’. Not only have I paid now multiple deductibles and fees even though my car is under warranty, but the issue still happens!! Each time I have brought it, they keep it at least overnight if not multiple nights and have never offered a loaner car either, which one time is fine, but now that this is a recurrent issue since they won’t fix the problem I cannot just be without my car every time something happens when I still am paying for it and it could’ve been fixed the first time. I have called multiple times and left messages and they do not call back or answer to set up appointments. I really am convinced they’re waiting for my warranty to run out so that they don’t have to cover a new transmission, but a brand new car shouldn’t need one yet!! I am absolutely astonished at the shops lack of customer service and integrity. I will never purchase a car from them again if this is the service they provide.
