    The following message was already sent to the manager on 9/18/23 (NO RESPONSE): Sunday night around 9:00 p.m., my boyfriend's car (which is in my name) got towed to your facility. That night the driver said in front of the police officer that as long as my boyfriend got there by 4:30 on Monday afternoon, he'd be able to make the payment and retrieve the vehicle. So, we arrived at 4:05 but was told by a female employee that you close at 4:00. I explained to her that the driver said 4:30, the website on several platforms states you're open 24 hours, and it was presently just 4:05. I thought she could have been more pleasant and assisted us given the time and the misinformation, but said we'd have to come back tomorrow (this morning). Therefore, we would be charged for another night. On our way back home, I decided to call your company in hopes of obtaining some clarification, and/or receive some basic customer service. Unfortunately, I was wrong! The guy who answered the phone around 4:25 that same afternoon became extremely argumentative with my boyfriend and I, literally screamed at me, "**** * **** *****" and then hung up! We tried calling back a few times to speak to a supervisor, but he either wouldn't pick up the phone at all, or he'd pick up and then hang up on us immediately. This morning we went to pick up the vehicle at 8:10. The total charge was $276 for our car to be stored/parked at your facility unnecessarily for 2 nights. And on top of that, I truly cannot believe the audacity your employees had to speak to anyone in such a nasty manner. I find it not only disgusting and disrespectful, but absolutely unprofessional.
