    10/12/2023 I hired to repair my sidewalk which they patched and painted for 2500.00 they then told me they could put a waterbarrier around my house for 3600.00 each side and told me my right side of my foundation was crumbling which I agreed for them to fix for 13300.00 I also had them put in a driveway for 3800.00 then additional 4000.00 to fixed side walk in front of driveway and paint entire side walk to match total spent was 29500.00 and side walk peeled and cracked within a month or two was told they would come back in April to repair and I keep getting messages they havnt forgotten but never come. Then I find out through other contractors what I paid for should have been a total replacement of my sidewalk for what I paid for and the foundation fix was supposed to be entire right side filled four feet of cement to reenforce it but no cement truck ever came. I even check my ring camera and nothing I think all the was done was the sand was put back in. But I expressed my dislike of the sidewalk job and it was supposed to be fixed in April 2024 it's now July 29 2024 and nothing. I would either like my entire sidewalk replaced or money back for the side walk. Which is around 7000.00

    I have tried to attach a copy of the original contract, but the website was not able hold both pdfs.
    The main work I wanted done was a new driveway. SealTight suggested some small jobs in addition, most of which turned out pretty well. They suggested painting the front steps (using a porch paint, which I made clear I did not want). They said the my paint I had was not usable, but with some work I have since rendered it usable. They did a lot of this work in rain and snow. It was unfortunate timing with the weather. It was hard to see the completed project well. Tom said it was done (though I pointed out the water damage on the driveway- he said it was fine) and so I paid him. I have since been trying to get him back to fix the driveway and front steps- both looking degraded and very unprofessional. He has promised several times but not shown up. Last we left it he said he would be over Memorial Day w/e, but did not show; more importantly did not give me any idea if and when they would be back.
    There was a lapse of communication between February and May as I was sick, and they did not reach out, except to say (twice) they had not forgotten me. I don't trust another promise, and if they don't return by a certain date, I would like my money back for the poorly 'completed' portion of the work.

    I contacted Seal Tight Paving Co. in late April for a bid to pave our driveway, and to seal the cracks. On May 10, John M*******, owner, and his crew, put an asphalt coating on my driveway, and 4 others on our street. I was told that they would return to fill the cracks on my driveway and 2 others on our street. That was 6 days ago. Since the product has to dry for at least 3 days, it has inconvenienced us, and our neighbors, because we have to park on the street. This makes it difficult for vehicles to get by, and for deliveries or other services to be made. I have had minimal communication with John M*******, the owner, ****** this whole process. His secretary informed me today that the crew was out on another job, and that they go by a list of jobs to prioritize their customers. Please contact them, and inform them that we have been more than patient with their work, and would like to have the job done no ;later than Friday, May 19, 2023. Thank you. ******* ******
