On the 6th of April I received a call from a nurse at optimus health care at 64 Black Rock Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06605 telling me that my test results showed I have an infection. I am not sure what it is called. I believe it is a UTI. I was ending my period, so some of the symptoms didn't materialize. On the 8th I spoke with another nurse and told them I am feeling really bad cramps my period is over. please send the prescription to the pharmacy. I was told a nurse would call no one did. I called again on the 15th. I was suppose to receive a call from a nurse. No call. Today, someone from the office called to confirm my obgyn appt I said "look I'm still feeling pains and no results from my last visit. I don't want to keep seeing doctors with no solution!" The nurse connected me with a nurse I had previously spoken with and she said the same thing. She wants me to come in and see this new doctor and they'll handle it. But the new doctor wants me to do the same tests the last doctor had me do and wants me to wait for those results as well. In the meantime, I have pain while defecating, pain urinating. Abdominal cramps. It is dry and painful to be intimate with my significant other. I have dealt with this pain for over 2 weeks. I don't know why I keep coming to optimus. The uncaring is sooo harsh!!! If you don't like us move! Stop taxing my insurance!
