1 starI had a horrible experience with Black Rock Gallery in ******* **** I purchased items from an online auction and requested shipping. The auction house shipped the items. All items were breakables, none were bubble wrapped or packaged correctly. All items arrived broken. Black Rock said I needed to take it up with the post office. The post office said they are not responsible for broken items that were not packaged correctly. (The box was not smashed, just the items inside.) Black Rock Gallery and the Auction House manager Stacy L**** have been non-responsive and refuse to take responsibility and I am out a lot of money. This is the last time I will purchase anything from them.

Thank you for your feedback. Our team strives to ensure that all shipped auction merchandise is properly packed. Whenever possible, we consolidate orders to fit in flat-rate boxes -- assuming it is safe to do so. If our efforts fell short, we sincerely apologize.
Your initial outreach to our ******* team was on a day that the office was closed. Subsequent to learning of the issue, our team tried several times to reach you via phone without success, to discuss the status of your purchase. 1 starThis company cannot be trusted to describe their merchandise accurately nor will they stand behind what they sell. Once they have your money, you're out of luck even if they mislead you with an inaccurate description.Black Rock Galleries, LLC

5 starsI buy often on on-line auctions, and Black Rock Galleries are great. First, the descriptions are so detailed and accurate, as are the photos. Everything I won was exactly as described and pictured. The pick-up was excellent. Very easy to deal with, I'll definitely be back to bid on Black Rock auctions in the future.Black Rock Galleries, LLC
