The office manager I believe is prejudice, and or a womanizer. I contacted the office in a warm and welcoming tone to try to reschedule my appointment well, not necessarily reschedule, but I wanted to change my sons appointment from himself to me since he’s no longer in my household. The office manager or otero instantly begin to yell at me about new patients cannot reschedule they will not help me if I keep rescheduling. Trying to defend myself. I tried to explain to him I never rescheduled before. This will be the first time I’m rescheduling and I’m not really rescheduling I just wanna come the same day as my child since my oldest child is no longer coming. I just wanted to take his appt. the first time I had an appt with this office was for April 1, 23. A young lady called me and said she had to cancel my appointments because the office wouldn’t have staff because of remodeling no one called to schedule another appt. I waited 3 weeks called back, spoke to another female and she reschedule my appts for me for 6/6 and 6/7 at that time it was for me and two of my children. I wanted for me and my younger son to come on the same day thinking I’m doing the right thing because I don’t want to have a missed appt. Mr. Otero He began yelling about being a new patient and not being able to reschedule too many appts. Continuing in a very aggressive tone he explained thy won’t be able to see me and he would not allow me to speak. He then tells me he was canceling my appt’s because he doesn’t like how I’m speaking to him. He refuse to listen to anything I had to say talked to me as if I was a child, he talked to me as if I wasn’t human and then he hung the phone up on me after saying find another office. I went to see the dentist at another location Who referred me to the office for a root canal. Otero picked up the phone and said he does not like how I speak and he will not be scheduling an appt for me and that’s his office and that’s final and hung up on me.
