              I had my Oil change done in their service station. I drove all day the following day with my oil leaking everywhere. When I got home that evening a family member noticed the oil leaking. I brought it back to VIP and they admitted to forgetting to tighten a piece. Within one week my engine gave out, excessive smoke coming from the muffler and the car stopped turning on. **** quotes me 9,000 to fix all damages including a new engine. I am a single mother that needs a car for work and bringing my son to school as well as practice. This has caused a huge amount of financial strain and stress.

              They cloae at 6pm and when I arrive at 430pm with no one waiting the technician was shaking his head back and forth no as if what was I doing there. He was rude and unprofessional. This is not the first time I've encountered rudeness at this establishment and have complained several times to the manager but no response. There are similar reviews on Google with the same complaint about unprofessionalism and poor service in both the oil changes and car washes. They are expensive also up charging the price thats not even worth the service. Someone needs to investigate and contact their corporate offices.
