I went to this arena to see Bill Burr on Friday June 24, 2023 and had to wait over 2 hours to get tickets. My wife and I ended up missing the openers and about half of Bill's set. We got there about a half an hour early because they only have paper tickets that HAVE to be picked up at their box office. They have a scannable QR code for parking but not the tickets. They eventually started asking people where their seats were and were just letting them in without tickets. People were cutting lines and there was no one organizing how the tickets were being done. Even though we waited two hours for we were the last in because the staff started from the BACK of the lines to ask where people were sitting. After the show you then had to find someone to unlock the case, they made you put your phone in. My wife had spent almost $300 on tickets this seems criminal to me that they can operate like this and get away with it. I believe they are paying people to put good reviews on google because they would complain about the venue but give them 3,4, or 5 stars. I will have my wife follow up here with the BBB if she is not refunded her money because this unacceptable. This is a large enough company to not have this happen and need to be held accountable.
