    I am rejecting this response because: Staff was belligerent and hostile. There is no excuse a company that allows this to be deemed appropriate. The company is unwilling to release any information regarding the balance and are unwilling to provide a letter towards any information on the balance. Retaliation from a company is frowned upon as a whole and for any staff to behave/act in an aggressive manner is unacceptable and needs to be corrected within the companies guidelines and morals.

I at this point feel like this is retaliation and discrimination and do not feel safe or comfortable contacting them further due to their consistent inappropriate manner and are behaving in a belligerent and aggressive manner. I just do not simply know where to proceed from here and do not feel safe nor comfortable contacting them further considering each time we speak they get more and more hostile when questioning my balance.

    We do not release any student information until all student accounts are satisfied. This was explained to you multiple times.  I'm sorry that you were given information that you didn't want to hear and were not satisfied.  Making wrong accusations and being belligerent on the phone to staff is not going to get you far in life. I wish you blessings and the day that you deserve.
