    I would not recommend this company. Even if they are family owed and been in business for decades. I made arrangements 9 months ago for them to do my mother's stone at the cemetery. They wasted no time to collect their fee. 9 months later and nothing was ever done. I called, emailed, and sent snail mail to them (I live out of state) and never responded to anything. I disputed the charge with my bank and they (Zocco) never bothered responding to the bank's inquiry. The bank eventually gave me my money back - which will be passed on to you, the consumer. But they are absolutely horrible. I would not recommend them and would never use them again. Horrible. Absolutely horrible.

    This order was taken on Oct. 21st 2024. This is late in our season for doing Inscription work because of the weather. We said we would do the work when the Weather would permit it. In March we received a Letter stating He was contacting His Creditor for services not rendered..The Bank returned His Money and we wrote the Contract Off. We do not know what his problem is and we do hope He will leave us alone. After all this time we just got a
    Cease and Desist Notification form, for what I do not know. He got his deposit back.
