    This company isn’t just bad — it’s a cautionary tale of how not to run a business. One of your employees thought it was acceptable to scream at my brother for something he didn’t even do. Let me spell that out: your staff publicly degraded an innocent person for no reason. That isn’t customer service. That’s harassment.
    If this is the caliber of people you hire, then your training is worthless, your standards are nonexistent, and your leadership is asleep at the wheel. You don’t have “customer service issues” — you have a culture of disrespect.
    Your employee didn’t just embarrass my brother, they exposed your entire company for what it really is: unprofessional, untrustworthy, and undeserving of business. Watching you try to operate is like watching a horror film, except it’s real people who have to suffer through your incompetence.
    You’re not a business. You’re a warning sign. A walking red flag. A “don’t ever come here” story people will tell their friends. Until you fix this mess — and I mean fire, retrain, and publicly apologize — I’ll do everything in my power to make sure no one I know wastes a single cent on you.
    Shameful. Spineless. Absolutely pathetic.
