5 starsNick and his apprentice arrived on time and promptly went to work. They did an excellent job on the installation. I was amazed at the short amount of time it took to remove the old shower and install the new. The entire project was completed by mid-afternoon despite the number of alterations required to the existing finishes. The blending of new to existing was masterful. I am concerned regarding the sliding glass doors. The track allows excessive movement in the outer door causing it to bang against the aluminum frame. One of the glass doors has a defect in the manufacture causing a dark spot in the glass. The finish caulking on the outside of the door track will require re-working. Other than these easily remedied issues, the project looks great, and we are very pleased with the overall project.

5 starsI was very happy with the initial consultation by Scott, and the installation by Nick and TJ. They were all very knowledgeable, pleasant. They explained the whole process and were very patient with all my questions! Nick and TJ made sure they did no damage to surrounding areas and cleaned up after the install. They stayed and completed the one day install. I was very impressed with all three of them!

The company was very professional, communicated clearly and thoroughly, worked quickly (1 business day end-end for the project), and were generally pleasant to work with. 5 starsAfter trying to take a shower with my limited capabilities since I am undergoing chemotherapy, I happened to come across a commercial on the television advertising, the Jacuzzi bath space for a walk in shower. The lightbulb went on and I said to myself I need to get one of these as soon as possible. Following day I reached out to the company and schedule an appointment and the gentleman who came to visit us was awesome…. His name was Eric. Yesterday three guys were here at the house installing a walk-in shower in my upstairs bathroom. The boys were more than friendly. They seem like members of your family, and I want to complement them in the highest regard. They were very conscientious of not tracking in dirt, putting down lots of cover rugs and making sure as they were going up and down the stairs, not to dink or scratch any walls or cause any damage. Totally professional.
I highly recommend this company and the boys that visited my house. Their names were Nick and TJ and there is Dylan also. All three of them were so kind and thoughtful as well as understanding of my situation. Thank you again for a great service and a great product. I’m looking forward to trying it out soon. 1 starDisappointing experience from the very beginning! First of all the salesman measured incorrectly, not by inches but by feet. So the install day came and they had to take the product back and re order it. We ordered a specific kind of door which they told us that we had to pay extra for, but on the 2nd install date they were totally different doors that arrived. Looked very cheap and were the exact ones we already had and said that we did not want them as they keep falling off of the tracks. As it turns out they said they don't make the doors we ordered in our size, but no one communicated that to us and they took it upon them self to order these doors without asking. They also ordered and installed the wrong shower head and promised that they will put the correct one in. Lastly, no one communicated to us that the back side of the shower wall would have a 4 inch horizontal seam straight across the back of the shower. All in all I am completely dissatisfied with the way the shower came out. I would rather get my money back and have it done by a professional company! Questioning how they have stayed in business for 20+ years? I also asked for the manager and the salesperson to call me back. Never heard from the salesperson but the sales manager called 2 weeks later after I left another message. So the reason for the 1 star (which would be a 0 star but not an option) is poor communication, disappointing workmanship and very cheap looking product that in the end is not what we paid for!CareFree Home Pros, LLC

1 starMy experience with Carefree Home Pro:
1. Made my initial payment. The check got lost.
2. On day of installation, after checking that everything I ordered was there, I gave another check as per agreement.. When the job was complete a final check was given to the installer. Before he left he came back in to tell me he lost one of the two checks I gave him. ( 2 stop payments and 2 new checks had to be written.)
3. Within the first month I called because when showering the door would slide open - not just a crack, all the way open. It took three visits to fix issue. The frame was not level. Doors were removed, frame leveled and doors no longer open on their own.
4. Rain shower head somehow partially popped out and when I turned on the shower I had water shooting everywhere. Called and had that replaced.
5. Water is now leaking on the floor when showering. Called and the caulking around the frame was redone.
6. Water is still leaking onto the floor. Another call will be made today. There is a type of plastic on the edges where the two doors come together. The frame is metal and on the inside of the frame where connected to the wall is more plastic. I know it’s there to stop water from leaking out. ????
My shower was installed April 2023. It is now November 2024.
On the positive side, my shower looks lovely.Review fromMary T
