On 11/28/2021 I paid la Cooper photography amount of $185.00 to take pictures on my wedding and my sons baptism. I signed the contract that stayed to pay in full and that I will receive the photos within 72 hours of the event. We agreed on the location and time. On the day of she never showed up she sent someone else and did not even informed me of it. She also arrived late to the event. We had to ask the priest to wait twice. On December 29th, 2021 I emailed the person I hired asking when can I get my photos. She emailed me back on December 31st stating she was sick and to give her day or two to edit the photos. That was the only contact I had with her. I emailed her January 1st, 5th and 10th no response. I also message her on Facebook, Instagram, sent text messages, called and left VM. No response. I am devastated it was a very special day that I cannot repeat and I hired her to capture this moment so I could have memories and now she is ignoring me. This is very unprofessional and unethical and wanted to bring it to your attention. I really want to receive the photos. I have been an emotional rack. I do not understand why she is not responding. Today 2/5/22 I reached out to venmo asking to dispute the charge. I want la Cooper photography to be held accountable for her actions.
