If I could give this place a half star I would. I understand the small town ma and pa places but this place is all around not safe for anyone. It’s filthy The staff has absolutely no idea what’s going on. There is literally 25 posters all around contradicting themselves- pool closed- pool open- fees for this service no fee down the wall for the same service… the lobby is filthy, the front desk lady really doesn’t care… Our bedding was completely full of pet hair When I say full .. I’m not exaggerating- we had one bed in our room with all sorts of white/blonde hairs and the other bed full of shirt black hairs and that bed was the worst. There was a man at one time at the desk in a bath robe with no shirt on. Working behind the desk you guys… The women who work here barely speak English or pretend not to know what’s going on. And their own children run around like wildfire. Like everywhere!!! I waited for 52 minutes for my room to be done only to go back to the front desk (oh and by the way NOBODY works the front desk- you have to use a phone to call someone to wait on you) — with my 2 children and several bags in the Lobby—- the front desk clerk says After she watched me unload bags - and also after she told me the room would be 15 more minutes… She played stupid and then 40 min later Said - oh your room has been done for 30 minutes..( oh really you have only seen us sit here waiting for almost an hour…) Back to the pet hair- The pet hair like all over the bedding all over the pillows, they didn’t wash this bedding- I walked down and complained they sent a non English speaking person down(with the same manager) and then bitched about me in Spanish—- how do I know bc I understand the language. We get back to hotel from a wedding rehearsal in YUMA… there are 2 trucks with motorcycles on them in the underpass where people should check in, the front door is wide open …like held open by a rock- and the front lobby is dark- absolutely no lights …nobody there to oversee Who the hell enters this place. My small children and I start walking down to our room (mind you I’m a little scared I don’t feel safe but I sure as hell am not going to show them I’m scared) and what do you know our damn key card doesn’t work but by golly it did before we left. I started to panic made my small children walk back down to that scary lobby.. called the numbers on the stupid phone they ask you to call and got nothing. Then my kids started to cry.. panic set in. There were people outside the lobby door drinking beer- partying don’t know if they had a room or not but it scared us as they could have came in and basically slept in the lobby. I beat my hand on the lobby doors and started yelling. Finally an older woman comes out — barely getting a shirt on and acted like I was the villian. I went off. Neither of my daughters have ever seen me like this. I told her she was going to fix the key situation. And walk with me so that we could get into the room safe - I didn’t want to witness her toher unclothed again if I had to beat in the door a second time…. ps her husband is the half naked one you will see at the front desk …so disturbing. She followed me to the room(Thankfully) but apprehensive. Something is not right about this place. All sorts of women working there running around with their own children in a place of business while a half naked man walks around ( owner). Do NOT ever stay here people. If our wedding party wasn’t already booked here.. I would have been out plus my kids were soooo tired we needed to crash. I put a chair in front of the door.. that’s how sketchy… Also they want you to prepay before you actually put your non working key in the door. This place is a complete crap hole. I hope it gets investigated… I know they aren’t BBB members but something bad is going to happen to someone here.. if it hasn’t happened already or not going on already with his employees. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels for athletics events, wedding, or vacations, this is the worst place I have ever been. And I am Old AF. So unsafe! Find another town to stay in. And stay safe yourself!
