    I brought medical equipments from other companies previously, never had to sign a waiver. However, bought cervical traction device from *********************************************, this company will submit claims as rental instead of a purchase claim. Additionally, 1. Medcom Group requires you to sign a waiver - Medcom Group knew ahead that the device does not cover by insurance. Then they blamed the insurance company, said it's the insurance company that makes Medcom Group to submit multiple rental claims. It is Medcom Group that purposely submits multiple Rental claims instead because found out insurance company online that Medcom Group submitted 5 separate rental claims. 2. The claim code used to submit to insurance company - Medcom Group knew ahead that the code insurance company does not cover and instead another similar equipment claim code will cover. Medcom Group hides the information and did not disclose the similar equipment to me. 3. Medcom Group charges same equipment for purchase more expensive than other medical equipment companies.

We follow the guidelines provided by insurance companies, which sometimes require rental claims up to the purchase price instead of a single purchase claim. Additionally, we did disclose upfront that the device was considered not medically necessary by insurance. As part of our commitment to transparency, we ask customers to sign a waiver to ensure they are fully informed about potential insurance coverage limitations before proceeding with the purchase. Regarding the claim code used, we utilize the appropriate code for the specific device provided. We do not substitute codes for similar equipment, as that would be inconsistent with accurate billing practices. We strive to maintain integrity in all our transactions. As for pricing, we understand cost is an important factor, and we continuously strive to offer competitive rates while maintaining the quality and service our customers expect.
