    On 2/10/2022, we paid this company $3,280.00, to fix repair sewer line to our rental home. The invoice has a warranty. This home has been empty until 2 weeks ago. As soon as our Renters moved in, the sewer line got backed up again.. When we contacted ****** the person that fixed it the first time, before even going out, he told us this was not about any work he did. We have asked him for 2 days to come out and he keeps telling us to call the office, but the voice on the office machine is his voice I think he is the owner, my husband became upset and told him to come out, he said the office needs to schedule it, we told him no one is answering the phone nor returning our calls he just hung up on us, because he said we were trouble.. I think this is fraudwe want our money back or for him to fix what he did not fix

    There is no fraud here. We sent out a tech and cleared the line and ran a final camera after the cleaning, showing that our repairs are still in tact. More concerning is that this owner has not paid for the services to clean and camera the line and insure that his tenant was in service. The line is open and flowing. The tenant appreciated our effort, when his landlord had hired some other company and they could not open the line. We consider this matter closes, other than the outstanding balance for services we completed. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    First. the 2nd company did not complete the work, because ****** from this company, (and we have a text)  stated he was told to come out and fix the line so we cancelled the 2nd company

    Second.we have a written report from the new company that when they used the camera, they found a blockage at the same spot that this company stated they fixed, the new company stated, either they did not do the work, or the pipe that this company replaced came loose

    Third. we have NEVER received a BILL or Invoice from this company, in fact on November 17th, 2022, we have a text that we sent to ******, asking him if he got the pipes cleared out, and was it working.. we NEVER, got a response, and we NEVER got a response, Invoice or Bill from this  company, so we are not even aware of what they did, this company talking to our Tenant is NOT taking to us

    Fourthwe do not have any proof, that the *************************, ever issued this company a Permit to repair pipes, when they first did the work, back in January 2022

    Fifth, our tenant is still having the same issue of blockage, so we are having to pay a new company.

    and Finally, this company has accused us of NOT paying, which is slander, so I want a copy of the email where they sent us an email of the bill or invoice..and also a copy of the permit back January 2022, from the ********************** because we are absolutely going forward with legal actions,

    Our repair has not failed.  We have a video file generated after the line was repaired initially and after we cleared the line after a unsuccessful attempt by another company. We sent both videos to the email given to us by the management company that contacted us for the initial repairs. We are closing the files on this matter and the owners can find some one else to maintain this line.

    I am rejecting this response because: there is not a ******************** I would like a copy of the email that was sent because this company has accused us of not paying them, and we never received a bill. They also stated they have an Attorney to go after us, so I need proof of the email they sent ** for the bill. Also, when they initially repaired the pipes, The **************, stated they needed a Permit, I would like a copy of that permit.
