Our Blue Sky Satisfaction Guarantee:  Shouldyou be dissatisfied with our work anytime during the first yearfollowing an installation project or service repair, we will return andre-do the original project to your satisfaction - all at no additionalcost. If we are unable to resolve any product or installation concernduring this period, we will remove all our work and refund our originalclient's full investment. 

Terms, Conditions and Limitations: Satisfaction Guarantee applies toresidential original-purchaser clients only wherein amounts due are notcontested and the account is being paid per agreed terms and is not inarrears. Restock fees from suppliers may still apply. Special-order andmost gas/electrical appliances and components are not returnable.  Insuch cases, these costs can not be refunded by Blue Sky. Where rebates,discounts or credits were issued to buyer during the sale, these amountsmay become chargeable to client's account or we may be required toreport the reversal of a sale to 3rd parties such asutilities for their billing reassessment. A cancellation will also causebuilding permits and other services purchased on client behalf tobecome null and void.
