I ordered the DeChoker May 20th. I sent an email to customer service July 3rd asking why I had not yet received it. This the response Thank you for reaching out. Dechoker apologizes for the delay in your order. Due to overwhelming demand ship times are currently running longer than normal, as thousands of orders are continuing to ship daily M-F. Unfortunately, if you have not received the shipment confirmation email, the shipping department has not got to your order for processing. Right now, they are shipping products in order by how the orders were placed. It is estimated that orders from May 9th are next in the queue to ship out. Due to the delay, we understand if you wish to cancel your order ************* is now September 5th. No product still and when I attempt to check the order status or website it says the site cannot be reached.Review from Laura C

These people are dishonest. I wanted to exchange unopened, unused children's side devices for adult as I ordered the wrong ones in May 2024. They told me I had to wait 90 days as they were undergoing a *** review and all business matters were on hold until then. There website never indicated this "review" and it seemed suspicious. I kept emailing every month to remind them that they agreed to an exchange, both on the phone and via email, in 90 days. Well guess what? 90 days later, they are now ignoring my emails, their website is no longer accessible and their phone number is no longer in service. I've been scammed.Review from Laura S

Zero stars. Ordered a dechoker for my baby starting solids 3 months ago. Emailed them 3 times during that time and kept being told they were having problems getting material. I never received the order but did get the refund I demanded. Do not order from this company. I assume they will go out of business soon as a scam.Review from Ashley B

I need this device for my son with Autism, just in case. I have one from when he was a baby and he has aged out of that one. I ordered a larger size on 5/12/24, and still have yet to receive it. Every time I email them I get the same response, that orders from this date are next to ship out. I now realize this is never going to ship. I have been living on edge, watching my son carefully, patiently waiting to receive this device to finally get some peace of mind. This company needs to be investigated.Review from Kate F

I placed an order almost 10 weeks ago for 3 items. A child / adult & travel kit. I paid immediately. I received order confirmation via email. Since then Ive heard nothing & still did not receive the items. I hand emailed the company at 3 weeks, 6 weeks & 8 weeks asking for status & each time get the same response stating they are backed up with orders and currently filling orders - 1 week prior to the date I ordered. Also stating Im welcome to cancel the order. I find the business practice of not informing customers of issues filling orders bad company customer service. They should had not taken orders or our money if they were not able to fill order. I personally worry if the product will be made satisfactory if they have these issue and more importantly concerned it was just a scam. I call the phone number today and it doesnt ring but says good bye. BBB needs to look into this.
